If you encounter any technical defects or quality issues with our 3D printing materials, our support team is ready to facilitate a swift resolution.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via the portal with your order number and clear photos of the product batch code and the specific printing issue.

    Receive Authorization

    Once our engineers review your case, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the items in their original vacuum-sealed packaging if possible, or ensure they are securely boxed with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior.

    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment or filament, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
